Service department is the worst! They treat you like cattle and try to run you through. They either don’t explain or try to dumb it down so far that you feel like you are in grade sch They treat you like cattle and try to run you through. Tried to tell my wife that she didn’t know anything because she is a woman!! THAT pissed me off... especially since she used to work on Big Daddy Don Garlitz’s engines back in the day... let alone the fact of the sexual stereotype!! I went straight to Jordan Ford and traded in that $50,000+ Enclave for a Ford Explorer, got money back, like the car better AND I really like the service department! Jordan’s service department is what made me switch! I guess you could say the same about Gunn.... and we are a 5 generation Buick family!!! Well... we WERE anyway! More

Worst experience ever Went to Gunn Chevrolet for simple oil change. 1.50 hours later rep comes to tell me they haven’t serviced my car. Asked if I wanted to go next door to Went to Gunn Chevrolet for simple oil change. 1.50 hours later rep comes to tell me they haven’t serviced my car. Asked if I wanted to go next door to Gunn GMC cuz it would be faster so I agreed. It took another 2 hours to get it done! Ridiculous! Everyone seems lost and because the guy that took all my info left, no one picked mine up to give me the common courtesy to let me know vehicle was ready. I had to go and ask how much longer it was going to be. Needless to say worst experience ever, I would never recommend u take ur car to this dealership. Save urself some time and take ur business elsewhere, unless u want to wait approx 4 hours for simple oil change! Don’t fall for express lane either. Nothing express about it!!! More
