Service department is the worst! They treat you like cattle and try to run you through. They either don’t explain or try to dumb it down so far that you feel like you are in grade sch They treat you like cattle and try to run you through. THAT pissed me off... especially since she used to work on Big Daddy Don Garlitz’s engines back in the day... let alone the fact of the sexual stereotype!! I went straight to Jordan Ford and traded in that $50,000+ Enclave for a Ford Explorer, got money back, like the car better AND I really like the service department! Jordan’s service department is what made me switch! I guess you could say the same about Gunn.... and we are a 5 generation Buick family!!! Well... we WERE anyway! More
