Dissatisfied Tow truck left vehicle on Sunday . Could not get in touch with anyone on Monday. Left messages but no one returned calls. 0n Monday afternoon brief Tow truck left vehicle on Sunday . Could not get in touch with anyone on Monday. Left messages but no one returned calls. 0n Monday afternoon brief explanation of problem. Was told it would take 5 days for a part that they could have gotten local. We were leaving on vacation on Thursday so we needed a rental. Service managers didn't seem to care. It was very expensive for us. We felt that as long as they kept the vehicle they would try to help us. Again they acted like they didn't care. Customer service was lousy. Was supposed to be finished on Friday. Came back from vacation and called to pick up vehicle to find out it was not ready. Contacted GMC corporate BECAUSE we were getting the run around. Had to take back for gasoline smell. They forgot to clean it. A young man brought out vehicle. No one wanted to talk to us. Didn't even apologize for all the problems. Will NEVER take our vehicle there for any repairs or maintenance.. Even corporate didn't help much. VERY Disappointed More

Regular Service I brought my Enclave in to get a brake light and get the oil changed as well. Great Salesman!! Mr. Carroll was extremely knowledgeable with all the different features between all the packages offered in each category from the manufacture.
