Gunn has the worst customer service I’ve seen in the industry. Had a warranty issue on my new truck took 2 months for a part for my grille finally came in Thursday and was told that I couldn’t get a loa industry. Had a warranty issue on my new truck took 2 months for a part for my grille finally came in Thursday and was told that I couldn’t get a loaner since they would have my truck for the weekend. Had to pitch a xxxxx to get a car. Service adviser called me to ask me what they were to do, you have my truck and parts and your calling me for advice!! Wow. So I took time to drive up there to question there Competency on there job. Advisor said part of grille had to be painted would be 2 more days, again loss of days. So they call me the next day and say my truck is ready I’m thinking this is unreal cause it takes time to paint then bake it to dry. Now I go up there to pick it up and he explains they didn’t need to paint it because the bracket was intact and was trying to save me money so nowI lose my sh:;( when he hands me a $1500 bill on a warranty issue. Best part is now I have a paint chip on bumper I will never do business with Gunn GMC and I would advise anyone to stay away. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Sorry about the rant More

My wife and I are on a long trip towing a trailer and needed an oil change on my 2018 Canyon Denali with 2.8L diesel. Gunn Buick GMC was close by our stop so I called and found out they have a “quick lu needed an oil change on my 2018 Canyon Denali with 2.8L diesel. Gunn Buick GMC was close by our stop so I called and found out they have a “quick lube” lane. I pulled up to the lube lane the next morning and was promptly met by a service advisor who efficiently took my information and directed me to a comfortable waiting area. The “free” WiFi was however marginal. Nonetheless within the hour my service advisor came to get me and check me out. I confirmed oil level was correct and was on my way. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks Gunn Buick GMC in the greater San Antonio TX area for superior customer service. More
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. This was my first time at the dealership and it was a wonderful experience. Linda Gonzales was our salesperson, she was very professional and knowledgeable of her position. Within 20 minutes of arriving to Gunn dealership we were out test driving my car! She showed me all t professional and knowledgeable of her position. Within 20 minutes of arriving to Gunn dealership we were out test driving my car!
