Frank Napier made sure my experience was top notch. He was very courteous, and keep me informed of my vehicle service status every step of the way, as I had several items that needed attention. When it was determined the the service on my Yukon Denali could not be completed, and had to be keep overnight, Frank made arrangements for me to get home, as I live over 25 miles away from Gunn. Even though I purchased my vehicle from Gunn, it is quite a distance from my home and there’s several GM service centers in between my home and Gunn. I thought about getting my vehicle serviced at one of the other closer GM dealers, however because of Frank and the other members of the Gunn service department, I am glad I decided to take the drive. They took care of all my concerns and I am very satisfied with my Gunn GMC experience. More
So, took my car in for a tail light replacement that was covered under warranty. They then called and said I immediately needed lots of maintenance services. Hmmm... seemed perfect when I brought it in. Th covered under warranty. They then called and said I immediately needed lots of maintenance services. Hmmm... seemed perfect when I brought it in. They said differential fluid needs changed, just found out that is for 4 wheel drive which I used 1 time in 4 years!! So, NO... that was not needed!! They also killed my battery by letting it run. I know because the battery was checked 1 month prior and it checked out perfect. They are total scammers! I will never go back. Told me car would be ready the same day at 7. I showed up and they were closing with my car locked inside and said it was never going to be ready the same day!! Awesome communication there. More

Overall experience was good. Only compliment was it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. Dealer needs to improve on speed for this simple service that can be done by these drive in type oil change co 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. Gunn has the worst customer service I’ve seen in the industry. Had a warranty issue on my new truck took 2 months for a part for my grille finally came in Thursday and was told that I couldn’t get a loa industry. Had a warranty issue on my new truck took 2 months for a part for my grille finally came in Thursday and was told that I couldn’t get a loaner since they would have my truck for the weekend. Had to pitch a xxxxx to get a car. Service adviser called me to ask me what they were to do, you have my truck and parts and your calling me for advice!! Wow. So I took time to drive up there to question there Competency on there job. Advisor said part of grille had to be painted would be 2 more days, again loss of days. So they call me the next day and say my truck is ready I’m thinking this is unreal cause it takes time to paint then bake it to dry. Now I go up there to pick it up and he explains they didn’t need to paint it because the bracket was intact and was trying to save me money so nowI lose my sh:;( when he hands me a $1500 bill on a warranty issue. Best part is now I have a paint chip on bumper I will never do business with Gunn GMC and I would advise anyone to stay away. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Sorry about the rant More
