One of my worst experiencces ever, and I have bought multiple cars from them. They messed up the VIN entry on another buyers transaction which immediately put my vehicle in Demo mode and disconnected m multiple cars from them. They messed up the VIN entry on another buyers transaction which immediately put my vehicle in Demo mode and disconnected my onstar and sirus XM radio. They said they fixed it but still have not. Not sure if I will ever get my stuff back the way I had it but they will have to do some serious compensation for the time I have wasted just trying to buy a new truck.
