Worst place u could take any vehicle. Took my gmc to them because my purchasing dealer couldnt fix or test pressure. Had 1 advisor first then guess he quit so vehicle was in limbo for a few days then got int because my purchasing dealer couldnt fix or test pressure. Had 1 advisor first then guess he quit so vehicle was in limbo for a few days then got into shop found issue but warranty wouldnt cover then come to find out part is only 98 but labor is over 250. I kept calling to find satus on vehicle advisor said would call me back in a little once he talks to mech. never did at all i would have to call few hours or a day later and said oh well he still working on it. They forget about their customers. They just want you money. Way to over prices for small amount of work they did. They are stuck up thinking they are better than everyone. Would never recommend them to anyone. Worst service i have ever encountered and i work with alot of dealerships. More

I wrote a review earlier stating i was withholding rating on the actual repair of my vehicle until i knew if it was repaired or not I now know, short "review" took my truck to Gunn, paid 3600. plus dollars e on the actual repair of my vehicle until i knew if it was repaired or not I now know, short "review" took my truck to Gunn, paid 3600. plus dollars everything fixed "but" the problem, three days after I took it home it would not start. back to Gunn, three days later was told its fixed paid 150 ( plus or minus), four days later it did not start. almost 4000.00 i wont say wasted but almost 4000 paid and the problem is no closer to being fixed than when it first went in. More

One of my worst experiencces ever, and I have bought multiple cars from them. They messed up the VIN entry on another buyers transaction which immediately put my vehicle in Demo mode and disconnected m multiple cars from them. They messed up the VIN entry on another buyers transaction which immediately put my vehicle in Demo mode and disconnected my onstar and sirus XM radio. They said they fixed it but still have not. Not sure if I will ever get my stuff back the way I had it but they will have to do some serious compensation for the time I have wasted just trying to buy a new truck. Will go to their competition and spend more if I can just get a compitent person to work with... More
