disappointed with purchase and the way warranty handled I bought a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership. I purchased the extended warranty that covered everything including tires. When I first purchased t I bought a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership. I purchased the extended warranty that covered everything including tires. When I first purchased the car and took it home, I found that the passenger side seat belt did not work. Well low and behold they did not want to fix it. I had to argue with the general manager to have it covered, and the Volvo dealership made that happen. Now less than four months of owning the car, I got a flat tire, and when they went to fix it, 3 of the 4 wheels are bent. So I went to Discount Tire, and they called my so called extended warranty, and low and behold they would not cover it. Not surprised!! Then I was told the front two tires were bald, no surprise there either. If I were a consumer I would never nor recommend this dealership to anyone. They took my money, I even asked the finance guy these specific questions, and he assured me up and down these types of things are covered. Well they are not, and its a shame that I pay for a car, bought the extended warranty to cover these things, and now I had to put another 1000.00 out of pocket. Please beware of this dealership and the sharks that work there. More

I have always been treated fairly, and any service problems were attended to properly and promptly. I think the head of the Service Department, Mr. Long, runs a tight ship. I've had a driver's license for 60 years and can say without equivocation that this dealership, Gunn Acura, is the best automobile dealership I've ever dealt with. More

I needed an alignment, and they took care of that for me, too. Carla welcomed me as soon as I drive in, she called and filled me in during the service, called when service was complete, and met me when I arrived to pick up my car. And, I always love having my car freshly washed. Carla and Acura service were the best. More
A1 vehicle maintenance, a long time coming I called a week before and also requested a rental. I spoke with Charles in the service department. He was professional, knowledgable and very accommodating. I wanted to have my air bag replaced due to the recall. He scheduled my vehicle for the maintenance, the air bag replacement recall and reserved a rental car for me. He sent me a reminder the day before. The day I dropped my car off he greeted me, he asked me what time he needed to have my ready. How awesome was that!! I always ask for an estimate, so there was no surprise when it came time to pay for the service. Charles called me 30 minutes early informing me my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean, shiney and tires armoralled. Wow!! He is an exemplary Acura team member that others should follow, Charles has always provided me with outstanding customer service each and every time. ( probably over 30 times) in the past 10 years. Here's the kicker, I never wrote a review, Shame on me! And Charles continued to give me the best service Acura has to offer. Please accept this review from my heart. I have always received excellent service from the service department. I have lived world wide and the Gunn Acura service department is one of the best I have seen, and especially the service manager, Larry Long! He is a customer oriented person and cares deeply about what the customer needs. When ever I had a problem or issue he always listens and comes up with solutions for me. Because of him I will buy my next vehicle from Gunn Acura when the time comes to purchase a new one again. Thank you Larry for running a wonderful service department for your customers! More

Thanks Carla Carla is the one who takes care of my RDX when I have it serviced by Gunn Acura. She always ask if I want to other items to be checked with my RDX. Last time I was ther, I told her there is a stain in the leather seat that I cannot remove with my cleaner. She got the cleaner and started cleaning it until the stain is gone. More
