With this major service, i.e. Timing belt, Water Pump, Spark Plugs, Serpentine Belt and regular service, all was done quickly and professionally. A small hiccup, on the oil change, conventional oil used, instead of the Full Synthetic I've been using for the last several years was made right with a new filter and correct oil. I was in the area last week and came by the dealership to get information on the B123 service package for my 2014 RDX. By chance, I ran into Joe. I told him what work I had already completed myself on the service package and what still needed to be done. Joe carefully explained my options which included having the work done immediately and completed within the next 90 minutes. I agreed because Joe's plan fit perfectly into my schedule for that day. Joe explained the scenario to the Service Advisor, Sergio Suarez, who quickly took my RDX to the Technician for servicing. All the work was successfully completed in under 90 minutes and I was on my way. I was very pleased and impressed by the way Joe and his team took care of my needs. Congratulations to all of them! Sandy in Service is Awesome! I tried scheduling an appointment that required towing with what I came to learn was just a call center. After being disconnected twice, and having to explain my situation twice, I finally ended up in Sandy's capable hands. It was at the end of a very hectic day and I was very frustrated by this point, but Sandy listened and offered to call my roadside assistance to schedule a tow truck to pick my car up the following morning, She assured me she would take care of everything. And she DID! Not only was the brake problem unrelated to the car (a rock had made its way into the caliper guard), they did not charge us to remove it and did it the same day.
