Charles Spencer is the tops when it comes to your staff I have other choices in regards to servicing my 2005 Acura TL, some of them less expensive. Service Visit I had my Acura TLX serviced and I was most satisfied with my visit. Each visit had two simple service items-oil change, replace battery terminal; oil change and state inspection. They allegedly did the oil changes, but now I have little faith they even did that! Never looked at the battery terminal and never did the inspection albeit noted on the service write up! More
