Charles Spencer is the tops when it comes to your staff I have other choices in regards to servicing my 2005 Acura TL, some of them less expensive. The mechanics are also great but I don't have the opportunity to see them face-to-face. Charles always explains the process, service, cost, etc. in detail and in language that I can understand.
