Everything was fine this time After my past 2 service appointments in 2016 and prior went terribly, I almost traded in my car for another manufacturer, but I love my Acura MDX. Fortunately for this last service appointment, things went much better, but I didn't ask for a loaner car like I had in the past, mainly because previously despite having scheduled one and confirming it hours before I brought in my vehicle I'd be disappointed because I'd be told 'we just loaned out the last one,' leaving me no option but to come back another day. So this time everything went well, but I do feel I was conditioned to not expect a loaner when scheduling, so I didn't bother with trying to get one. I'll have to see what happens in the future... hoping for the best. More

9 yr customer- great service Usually great service when I take my car for anything. Took car in for oil change and when I picked up car during my lunch hour, they couldn't find my Usually great service when I take my car for anything. Took car in for oil change and when I picked up car during my lunch hour, they couldn't find my paperwork or my car so I waited for almost 30 minutes. They also forgot to fix my glove box so when I called to complain, Christian was more then apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Charles is also a great service advisor, he's helped me in the past many times! Will request him in the future. More

Repairs to be made up my new car I took my car in to have it serviced. After buying a certified used car there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed as well as having tint p I took my car in to have it serviced.
