My Car Died But Gunn Acura Resurrected Her Tuesday morning my car started vibrating before my computer system started talking to me or any of the warning lights started flashing. It was 0645 an Tuesday morning my car started vibrating before my computer system started talking to me or any of the warning lights started flashing. It was 0645 and I needed to get my son to school and me to work; I called Gunn Acura, spoke to Javier Lozano in the servicing department and he sprang into action. He got me an appointment on the same day even though they were at max capacity for the day with other appointments. While I didn’t get an answer until the following day, I wasn’t upset because I already knew how packed they were servicing other vehicles. Would I recommend anyone to Gunn Acura? Yes I would. Go see Javier Lozano because he helped this stressed out Mama in her time of need. More

Because it was time for other service, also added an alignment and other 60000 mile maintenanc Went in for an oil change and wiper blade replacements. Because it was time for other service, also added an alignment and other 60000 mile maintenance. The following day, I noticed that the steering wheel was not aligned (this happened the last time my car was aligned there). I called on Monday, spoke to Garrett and brought the car in @10 am. Upon evaluation, I was asked about having hit a bump causing a misalignment. I had not. The car was adjusted and I went on my way. Overall happy w/ the service and service advisor. More
