For me the service was not at a high standard When I drove up I was greeted only to Tel me someone else would take care of me. Courtesy was going to ne free car wash’s day tire rotation and that I was there just to change the oil he stayed it would be one hour and a half . I picked up my car and when I got ready to pay I notice there was a charge for the rotation of the tires. I address the service agent who grabbed the paper and stated” we charge for rotation of tires “ I stated it was told to. E over the phone it would be free. He then said as a courtesy I will not charge you this time. Then the other service agent who was just agreeing and on her cell said it will only be a one time courtesy, this experience has been the worst , I have owned previous Acura’s and have always been treated with respect. This time I felt as if I was begging and lying! . The service agent went over future work that needed to be done and emphasized this amount is only a quote you will have to pay! And did not explain anything g else! As I got home I realized my RDX had 3 red boxes... which he did not go over with me. I have only driven the car 9k miles from the day of purchase and feel all these areas should not be and should have been explained! I wish there was another ACURA to take my car to.., who can provide excellent service to its clients! My car was washed and had oil y hand prints in the hood and the door inside their were black print on the interior door drivers seat. You all should take more pride on the service you render More
