Yesterday at 5pm in very heavy traffic, on Huebner Rd I heard a thud. It felt like an animal ran into my car or tire. I looked around and behind me and pulled over to see that actually a car or truck had heard a thud. It felt like an animal ran into my car or tire. I looked around and behind me and pulled over to see that actually a car or truck had grazed my rear panel above the wheel. the car was making a grinding dragging noise now didn't feel safe to drive. Before I called AAA, I called Acura to see if I could have it towed so they could look at it. Mathew a from service center took my call and asked where I was and actually came out and drove it, crawled under it and found a chunk of metal that turned out to be a tire/wheel weight stuck in the well from the car that grazed me. He pulled it out, said I might need a new tire and to bring it in the odds of that happening are rare..I could drive it home seems fine but will take it in tomorrow. Matthew went above and beyond yesterday and I really appreciated his concern and dedication to this customer ..I have been looking for a new car. My AcuraTL is 15 years old runs great and looks even better:) I will look no further, Gunn has taken good care of me and my car! If I could give them 10 stars I would! and I'm hard to please! lol Thank you Matt! More
