Usually don’t have a problem here for service but I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Never saw the person I made an appointment with and had to hunt down someone for an update waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Here’s a tip don’t take appointments if you are already at the max appointments for the day AND the service should be free or discounted if you can’t honor the appointment!! 😡😡😡 More

I have visited this location many times and the service department has proven to be unreliable. I have all service on my vehicle performed here at Gunn. During this visit, I brought my vehicle in to check department has proven to be unreliable. I have all service on my vehicle performed here at Gunn. During this visit, I brought my vehicle in to check the oil. The service woman, Carla, told me that the vehicle was burning too much oil but could not provide an explanation. The diagnostic vehicle “scan” was normal. When pressed for more information she stated that the car should not give me trouble but an engine replacement would remedy the oil problem and also directed me to sales to discuss trade in. I found this unacceptable especially with a normal diagnostic scan of the vehicle. I will get a second opinion in hopes of getting clarity of this problem (if one exists). I likely will not return because of the lack of competence. More
