Absolutely horrific experience. The service manager actually walked away from me. Dishonest and rude staff minus a few. I will never buy an Acura again. I own an 2019 Acura RDX that has been having problems with the infotainment screen freezing and just other weird problems. I scheduled a service with the dealership back in May and took a day off from w with the infotainment screen freezing and just other weird problems. I scheduled a service with the dealership back in May and took a day off from work. I received a call the morning I was taking the car in and was told my appointment was canceled due to a lack of loaner cars. I said that I would wait for the car as it was only supposed to be a 2 to 3 hour job. They told me no that I would have to reschedule for the first week of June. I said okay and set another appointment for the first week of June. I called the day I was supposed to go and make sure that they were going to keep my appointment this time and they stated they did not have the part anymore. So I would have driven an hour to the dealership to show up for no reason and no one called to let me know. I have called back every month because no one will call me. They say that they still don't have any parts for my vehicle and it has been almost 5 months now. I asked to speak to a manager to try and get this resolved and the only answer I get is that they are in a meeting and aren't available to take a phone call. This is the 3rd time I have had to have warranty work done on this vehicle for a problem and every time it is a struggle to get them to schedule the work and once scheduled to get the work completed in a timely manner. I will never by another vehicle from any Gunn Dealership, especially Gunn Acura in San Antonio. More
Everyone in service department were very friendly and helpful they help each other to ensure customer satisfaction is always available. Since Brandon service advisor was not able to accept my car at the helpful they help each other to ensure customer satisfaction is always available. Since Brandon service advisor was not able to accept my car at the time I got there, other service advisor help him out. Kept me informed all the time. Awesome staff More

Usually don’t have a problem here for service but I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Never saw the person I made an appointment with and had to hunt down someone for an update waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. Never saw the person I made an appointment with and had to hunt down someone for an update after 90 minutes. Here’s a tip don’t take appointments if you are already at the max appointments for the day AND the service should be free or discounted if you can’t honor the appointment!! 😡😡😡 More
