Went to Gun Acura for maintenance that was over due on my car. Gabriel and the Service team took excellent care of my car and respected my time. They do good work on the car, and communication is excellent. The service department is very professional. The only complaint I have is they charge a 3% premium if you pay via credit card, which I f excellent. The service department is very professional. I really struggled with working in my recalls due to scheduling, living too far away, no loaners, etc I just kept putting them off letter after letter! When I received an email from local Gunn service department personnel that a loaner was available and detailing what I needed, I responded right away and was contacted immediately for an appointment within the week! My advisor, JT, communicated thoroughly & efficiently, answered all my questions, and performed and delivered my vehicle as promised. I am so grateful that something that caused me great stress was handled so well by Gunn. Thank you, Gunn Acura, for making my recall service as simple & painless as possible. And I sure am looking at that 2025 MDX loaner I enjoyed for a few days !! More

I brought my MDX in for a diagnostic check, priority need was an oil change only and it was turned around the next d service representative, Brandon!
