Erik was easy going, helpful, informative and cared to ensure my shopping experience was easy. It was a much smoother process than I recall from 12 years ago at a different dealership. Gunn Acura is awesome. My car went in to get the trimming done and some additional accessories and Julian take care of all that exceptionally, as well. Keep up the great work guys - I hope this superior assistance continues as I take my new car in for maintenance in the future. Cheers! More
NOT RESPONSIBLE - WORST USED DEALERSHIP I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF. I bought a used Nissan Sentra 2.0 2007 from GUNN Acura on March 17, 2016 after they had repeatedly mentioned tha I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF. I bought a used Nissan Sentra 2.0 2007 from GUNN Acura on March 17, 2016 after they had repeatedly mentioned that the car had been serviced and checked with an 85 pt check. The next day I noticed that the car had two lights (one in the front and one of the break light) not working and had to take it in. The following weekend as I checked il level I noticed the oil was quite dark and probably had not been changed. Because this was Easter weekend, my husband said we should take it to change oil the following weekend. You would think that if it had been serviced and check, the oil would have been changed. That week (our second week in possession of the car) my husband was stopped on the road because the car was releasing smoke through the exhaust every time he started at a traffic light. We also checked the oil level that evening and noticed that the oil was extremely low and dark. We added a quart to make sure the engine would not burn when we drove it back to the dealer. We went back to GUNN Acura to have the fix this problem which is obviously an engine problem where the car is burning oil big time. They received the car and said they would call us back. Two days later they called me telling me that they would change the spark plugs and I should remember that the warranty had a deductible of $100 for this service. Knowing that the problem was more than a spark plug problem, my husband and I went in to talk to the service department. After about an hour and a half they finally agreed to have it checked properly and make sure the engine problem would be fixed. The next day the notified me that the car was being sent to the Nissan dealership to diagnose the problem. I have not heard back from them since. This is five days after that and a week since I left the car at GUNN Acura and when I call I just get bounced from one person to another, but no one will take responsibility and let me know what is going on with the car that I now have to pay for with interest, but do not have and don't even know where it is. I am surprised of the inability to diagnose a car problem, that any other mechanic could diagnose easily and the lack of communication and responsibility. I feel like this is a RIP-OFF. Once you buy it really does not matter what happens next. They get their money that’s all that matters. You can get a lemon and it is your fault for trusting their lies. Today is April 9, 2016, I bought the car three weeks ago and only drove it for two weeks. More

The vehicle was located at Gunn Infiniti, but due to the previous experiences I've had at Gunn Acura the choice was supreme. I thought based on my previous experience with Gunn Acura that I could convince her visiting the dealership was absolutely nonthreatening and pleasant. But no way - it's her car and I bring it in. Little does she realize she's actually missing a relaxing and often informative experience. I was a bit concerned when my favorite long-time service person left, but no worries. Thomas Castillo was a perfect replacement - professional and helpful. More

So much so, that when I recently was shopping for a new car for my daughter I called upon Frank at Gunn Acura to help me to locate something perfect. It took a few visits and multiple test drives and incredible follow up by Frank - and a transfer from another dealership to find the perfect surprise for my daughter!!! He is a class act, just like all his awesome counterparts!!! John got my financing done quick, got me in and out! Gotme into service asap to get the finishing touches and as always Tomas made me feel like a rockstar!!! Love these guys! More
