Great Experience with the Service Department My Acura RDX had a recall, Gunn paid for my rental while we waited for the parts to come in and then when the parts were in, they repaired my car the My Acura RDX had a recall, Gunn paid for my rental while we waited for the parts to come in and then when the parts were in, they repaired my car the same day and all I had to do was drive the rental to the dealership and my car was repaired, clean and waiting for me. Judy even helped move my stuff from the rental to my car. Great Experience! More

I bought a car whi This is the second post I write in less than a month. My experience with this company has been probably the worst I have ever had. I bought a car which they insisted had been serviced and checked with an 85 pt check. Not only were there two lights not working and the oil of this car not been changed, but the car was smoking and burning oil only a week and a half after I bought it. Makes you think that their 85 pt check was very superficial, if at all true. They took a week and a half to diagnosed a problem that was obvious: there was a problem in the engine. They have to fix the cylinder head. They have had the car now for almost three weeks and still cannot comfirm when I will get it back. Frankly I think they are waiting for the 3 months warranty to run out, so that if I find any more problems I will not be able to claim. Even though they have had the car longer than I have since I bought it. Really this place seems like a racket. More

RDX - Erik Woodward and Julian Went in to test drive the TLX - having been an 12-year owner of a TL and loved every year of it - and walked out with an RDX. Love the model. Erik was easy going, helpful, informative and cared to ensure my shopping experience was easy. It was a much smoother process than I recall from 12 years ago at a different dealership. Gunn Acura is awesome. My car went in to get the trimming done and some additional accessories and Julian take care of all that exceptionally, as well. Keep up the great work guys - I hope this superior assistance continues as I take my new car in for maintenance in the future. Cheers! More
NOT RESPONSIBLE - WORST USED DEALERSHIP I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF. I bought a used Nissan Sentra 2.0 2007 from GUNN Acura on March 17, 2016 after they had repeatedly mentioned tha I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF. I bought a used Nissan Sentra 2.0 2007 from GUNN Acura on March 17, 2016 after they had repeatedly mentioned that the car had been serviced and checked with an 85 pt check. The next day I noticed that the car had two lights (one in the front and one of the break light) not working and had to take it in. The following weekend as I checked il level I noticed the oil was quite dark and probably had not been changed. Because this was Easter weekend, my husband said we should take it to change oil the following weekend. You would think that if it had been serviced and check, the oil would have been changed. That week (our second week in possession of the car) my husband was stopped on the road because the car was releasing smoke through the exhaust every time he started at a traffic light. We also checked the oil level that evening and noticed that the oil was extremely low and dark. We added a quart to make sure the engine would not burn when we drove it back to the dealer. We went back to GUNN Acura to have the fix this problem which is obviously an engine problem where the car is burning oil big time. They received the car and said they would call us back. Two days later they called me telling me that they would change the spark plugs and I should remember that the warranty had a deductible of $100 for this service. Knowing that the problem was more than a spark plug problem, my husband and I went in to talk to the service department. After about an hour and a half they finally agreed to have it checked properly and make sure the engine problem would be fixed. The next day the notified me that the car was being sent to the Nissan dealership to diagnose the problem. I have not heard back from them since. This is five days after that and a week since I left the car at GUNN Acura and when I call I just get bounced from one person to another, but no one will take responsibility and let me know what is going on with the car that I now have to pay for with interest, but do not have and don't even know where it is. I am surprised of the inability to diagnose a car problem, that any other mechanic could diagnose easily and the lack of communication and responsibility. I feel like this is a RIP-OFF. Once you buy it really does not matter what happens next. They get their money that’s all that matters. You can get a lemon and it is your fault for trusting their lies. Today is April 9, 2016, I bought the car three weeks ago and only drove it for two weeks. More

The vehicle was located at Gunn Infiniti, but due to the previous experiences I've had at Gunn Acura the choice was supreme.
