The service department is exceptional. I had Judy for a short period of time, she was great. My current Service Advisor since then has been Charles. He explains everything to me on what is needed, works with my schedule, very courteous, pleasant, and listens. My car is well taken care of (mostly regular maintenance, my car gives me little else to fix!) Always comes back to me with a wash and vacuum which is an extra plus. The wait room, if staying for car, is clean and usually has snacks and drinks, coffee in the morning, and television to watch. Everyone is nice. Great place to buy and service a car, Love Gunn Acura. Judy is a Super Star! Judy Pritchett is the ONLY Service Manager in my opinion. Ever since Pat Enriquez unceremoniously disappeared, Judy is the only Service Manager that i Judy Pritchett is the ONLY Service Manager in my opinion. Ever since Pat Enriquez unceremoniously disappeared, Judy is the only Service Manager that is comparable to Pat in terms of customer service. She's personable, efficient and thorough, and doesn't try to upsale us with stuff we don't need and keeps service costs reasonable. We've had some interactions with a couple of the other current Service Managers and let's just say, if Judy isn't available, we'll likely trek to Austin to service our cars. More
