Judy is a Super Star! Judy Pritchett is the ONLY Service Manager in my opinion. Ever since Pat Enriquez unceremoniously disappeared, Judy is the only Service Manager that i Judy Pritchett is the ONLY Service Manager in my opinion. Ever since Pat Enriquez unceremoniously disappeared, Judy is the only Service Manager that is comparable to Pat in terms of customer service. She's personable, efficient and thorough, and doesn't try to upsale us with stuff we don't need and keeps service costs reasonable. We've had some interactions with a couple of the other current Service Managers and let's just say, if Judy isn't available, we'll likely trek to Austin to service our cars. More
