My sales experience was very laid back, Frank was patient and knowledgeable, smooth buying of the car. He even sends a birthday email occasionally which is nice. The service department is exceptional. I had Judy for a short period of time, she was great. My current Service Advisor since then has been Charles. He explains everything to me on what is needed, works with my schedule, very courteous, pleasant, and listens. My car is well taken care of (mostly regular maintenance, my car gives me little else to fix!) Always comes back to me with a wash and vacuum which is an extra plus. The wait room, if staying for car, is clean and usually has snacks and drinks, coffee in the morning, and television to watch. Everyone is nice. Great place to buy and service a car, Love Gunn Acura. More
