I was in the area last week and came by the dealership to get information on the B123 service package Joe and his team did a fabulous job once again! I was in the area last week and came by the dealership to get information on the B123 service package for my 2014 RDX. By chance, I ran into Joe. I told him what work I had already completed myself on the service package and what still needed to be done. Joe carefully explained my options which included having the work done immediately and completed within the next 90 minutes. I agreed because Joe's plan fit perfectly into my schedule for that day. Joe explained the scenario to the Service Advisor, Sergio Suarez, who quickly took my RDX to the Technician for servicing. All the work was successfully completed in under 90 minutes and I was on my way. I was very pleased and impressed by the way Joe and his team took care of my needs. Congratulations to all of them! We could not have asked for better service, from the sales staff to the financing, all went better than we had expected. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Gunn and the service and professionalism of the staff is what brought us back the second time. Our salesman, Coby Allen, was on top of everything. He was respectful and helpful and explained all of the new features to us. In a few years we will probably buy another one and we hope to have Coby help us again! More

I have had approx 30 cars in my time so buying has always been a process I have come to loathe thru experience, but not this time! Granted It was the single most expensive car they have ever sold and the type of clientel demands a certain bedside manor but not withstanding this they were FANTASTIC! I mean everyone from the GSM Eric to Coby my salesman and every other salesman and employee I was in contact with! I also noticed that other clients seemed relaxed and were enjoying their experience shopping for cars there as well! Thanks guys for redefining what a proper dealership experience should be!!!
