Will is awesome! I was originally communicating with Coby, when I started thinking about a new Acura. Coby was with another customer, so I was introduced to Will. He was very patient and knew more about the TLX than I ever dreamed. We settled on the Advanced Package and a special protective coating. The only downside was that our wait time was not a couple of hours, but turned into 6-6 1/2 hours to get our car. We left for a while and when I returned, Will made sure that I was compensated for my time. It was late, but he still took the time to go over every little detail of the car and even preset all the bells and whistles to my liking. Well, one week later my son threw up all over the inside and outside of the car!!!!! After working on it for 2 1/2 hours, I called Will almost in tears. He told me to bring it by and was waiting outside for me. Let's just say... the car is as good as new! Will rocks! More

Each visit had two simple service items-oil change, replace battery terminal; oil change and state inspection. They allegedly did the oil changes, but now I have little faith they even did that! Never looked at the battery terminal and never did the inspection albeit noted on the service write up! More

A small hiccup, on the oil change, conventional oil used, instead of the Full Synthetic I've been using for the last several years was made right with a new filter and correct oil.
