Will is awesome! I was originally communicating with Coby, when I started thinking about a new Acura. Coby was with another customer, so I was introduced to Will. He I was originally communicating with Coby, when I started thinking about a new Acura. Coby was with another customer, so I was introduced to Will. He was very patient and knew more about the TLX than I ever dreamed. We settled on the Advanced Package and a special protective coating. The only downside was that our wait time was not a couple of hours, but turned into 6-6 1/2 hours to get our car. We left for a while and when I returned, Will made sure that I was compensated for my time. It was late, but he still took the time to go over every little detail of the car and even preset all the bells and whistles to my liking. Well, one week later my son threw up all over the inside and outside of the car!!!!! After working on it for 2 1/2 hours, I called Will almost in tears. He told me to bring it by and was waiting outside for me. Let's just say... the car is as good as new! Will rocks! More
