Charles Spencer is the tops when it comes to your staff I have other choices in regards to servicing my 2005 Acura TL, some of them less expensive. I always feel that I'm the only one he is there to service, he is always professional, courteous and very informative. You need to know that he is one of the main reasons I keep coming back!!! The mechanics are also great but I don't have the opportunity to see them face-to-face. Charles always explains the process, service, cost, etc. in detail and in language that I can understand.
