Everything was fine this time After my past 2 service appointments in 2016 and prior went terribly, I almost traded in my car for another manufacturer, but I love my Acura MDX. For After my past 2 service appointments in 2016 and prior went terribly, I almost traded in my car for another manufacturer, but I love my Acura MDX. Fortunately for this last service appointment, things went much better, but I didn't ask for a loaner car like I had in the past, mainly because previously despite having scheduled one and confirming it hours before I brought in my vehicle I'd be disappointed because I'd be told 'we just loaned out the last one,' leaving me no option but to come back another day. So this time everything went well, but I do feel I was conditioned to not expect a loaner when scheduling, so I didn't bother with trying to get one. I'll have to see what happens in the future... hoping for the best. More
