I love my Gunn Acura! I purchased my Acura 8 years ago! First, I have loved my car! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It is comfortable, very fuel efficient, and I purchased my Acura 8 years ago! First, I have loved my car! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It is comfortable, very fuel efficient, and very sporty looking. Even though it is an older car, I still get compliments on it! I will always own an Acura! I feel the service department is outstanding! I get coupons on the mail for services. I get informed of what needs to be done without the pressure of having to address it on the spot. The managers are efficient and very communicative! I thought when my warranty expired I would go to another place for oil changes, but refuse to go anywhere else with the quality service I get! Thank you Gunn Acura for making owning a quality vehicle effortless!! More
Dealership Dale and jack were wonderful explaining the car problems and customer service. But the Mechanics didnt a horrible job and over charged me .. I asked them to change my oil and check my Trunk because it was not working and my transmission was Hesitating also my seat was not working ... When I got my car back the oil light was still showing it needed to be serviced. So I am not to sure if oil was changed also they were going to charge me 85.00 to fix my electric seat. Which I opt out. After looking at the seat the only problem was a small sock was stuck by it ...it took me 2 seconds to remove ... also they charged me to upgrade my transmission and flush out the fluid for 400.00 . Transmission is still running the same ... More

Maintenance Stop by to have oil changed. Had received a promotional coupon for a discounted oil change. Called up to see if I needed to schedule an appointment, Stop by to have oil changed. I showed up and my car was told my car would be serviced in less than an hour and there was a complementary wash and vacuum service. I waited inside the service lounge where complementary snacks, coffee and sodas were available. My car was ready in less than a hour More
Average service My sales person was courteous. I wish Javier or any substitute would have called back on a more timely basis. My car was fixed to my satisfaction. How My sales person was courteous. However, I didn’t like that they recommended an air filter and tire alignment, even though both were new. This made me wonder if they are really assessing my car (credibility). Nonetheless, everyone was courteous, and I appreciated the clean waiting area and snacks. Appreciated the loaner as well, and it was ready when we arrived. More

They have also sent me on my way with the subframe not secured so my car was scary to drive to say the least. They also damaged my windshield, clearly lied about it and have also lied about doing multipoint inspection. Ask yourself, how does brake pad life go from 90%-30% in 2 weeks? I know, because by cut corners and lied. Javier also told me to pickup a loaner day after Labor Day, a Tuesday. I show up and he says he said Monday then proceeded to argue with me about it, but when he calls to say my car is ready it’s all sunshine and rainbows on his side. I expect that type of response from my 8 year old. Not a “professional”. Absolutely terrible customer service. More
