Kind, helpfully to find the car we wanted We found a couple of the vehicles we were interested in on line. We were greeted immediately by sales rep Sarah. First plus for Gunn. She was kind and We found a couple of the vehicles we were interested in on line. We were greeted immediately by sales rep Sarah. First plus for Gunn. She was kind and kept the experience fun and did not waste our time all. Showed us the vehicles we asked about and anything that we may have liked based on the information we have her. We gave our Max spending and they worked very hard to get us there. We said yes on the purchase of the Acura RDX. We gave all information required and was told we could go grab a bite to eat. It would be about an hour. That was a little after 5:00. This is where it became discouraging. They were to close at 7:00 yet they never submitted our paperwork to the bank till after 7:00 and was well after that before we could sign paperwork. Again everyone was so kind. But we had been there since 3:00 and by 7:00 we had lost the excitement of buying the car and nearly changed our mind, but we didn't and we did leave with the car which was close to 8:00. I only wish that financing could have run a little more efficient. More

Standards Lacking Have noticed that the last few times we have been service has deteriorated. Takes much longer for simple service. Ask for car wash and inside Have noticed that the last few times we have been service has deteriorated. Takes much longer for simple service. Ask for car wash and inside clean - not noticeable at all. Dashboard still dusty, nothing CLEAN. On top of that my control panel has been set to stations I do not want and the screen changed every time I get into the car. I had it on CLOCK, now it is on travel,gas whatever. Try to change it back, set it, get in the next day....poof back to what whomever set it when working on the car. Just not the same anymore there at Gunn Acura. My husband and I have purchased Acura’s from you all since the first Integra came out. always stellar service. Now much left to be desired. Love the car, not so much taking it in anymore. More
