I brought my TLX into service for a routine scheduled maintenance check. I was greeted right away and treated professionally and warmly. I was informed of how long it would take and asked if I would like maintenance check. I was greeted right away and treated professionally and warmly. This guy promised us free sirius XM but turned out to be false. He never called us back regarding the availability of license plate. We have to call the dealership to know that it has been there a month ago false. He never called us back regarding the availability of license plate. Turned out to be the opposite as well. The saying is true that salesman only loves you when they’re selling. There is no word of honor from this guy. More
