Although my issue was not resolved, Dale went above and beyond to try to get it resolved! During test drive, we weren’t able to replicate the problem, so he did all he could do with the info I gave him! beyond to try to get it resolved! Of course, after we left the dealership, the problem continued and we had to deal with the issue for 2.5 days while on our way to visit family in MN and will have to deal with it all the way back to South Texas on the way home!
