Check under the vehicle before driving it out Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Gunn Acura a few weeks back for my daughter. The reason we choose Gunn because of the advertisement on their used c Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Gunn Acura a few weeks back for my daughter. The reason we choose Gunn because of the advertisement on their used cars - 182 point check up on their Honda brand vehicles, warranty and so forth. Well, don't believe the hype, especially the 182 point check up. After a few days of driving the vehicle, we noticed a sound coming from under the car. After checking the vehicle, we noticed the skid plate was not fasten at all - it was missing 8 to 10 screws. Unfortunately, the 48 return policy have passed- if not, I would've returned the vehicle. Therefore, took the vehicle back to the dealer to repair the skid plate. They gave me a loaner car and replace the skid plate. Of course, the same old story from the manager(Justin) - My apology don't know what happen and the rest of the excuses. My daughter and her boyfriend had to take a extra day off from work because of their so call 182 point check up. (They drove down from Houston) Nothing was offered to compensate for their inconvenience. I will never puchase another vehicle from Gunn. More

Although my issue was not resolved, Dale went above and beyond to try to get it resolved! During test drive, we weren’t able to replicate the problem, so he did all he could do with the info I gave him! beyond to try to get it resolved! Of course, after we left the dealership, the problem continued and we had to deal with the issue for 2.5 days while on our way to visit family in MN and will have to deal with it all the way back to South Texas on the way home! More
