Check under the vehicle before driving it out Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Gunn Acura a few weeks back for my daughter. The reason we choose Gunn because of the advertisement on their used c Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Gunn Acura a few weeks back for my daughter. The reason we choose Gunn because of the advertisement on their used cars - 182 point check up on their Honda brand vehicles, warranty and so forth. Well, don't believe the hype, especially the 182 point check up. After a few days of driving the vehicle, we noticed a sound coming from under the car. After checking the vehicle, we noticed the skid plate was not fasten at all - it was missing 8 to 10 screws. Unfortunately, the 48 return policy have passed- if not, I would've returned the vehicle. Therefore, took the vehicle back to the dealer to repair the skid plate. They gave me a loaner car and replace the skid plate. Of course, the same old story from the manager(Justin) - My apology don't know what happen and the rest of the excuses. My daughter and her boyfriend had to take a extra day off from work because of their so call 182 point check up. (They drove down from Houston) Nothing was offered to compensate for their inconvenience. I will never puchase another vehicle from Gunn. More
