To be honest I was not happy with our service manager. I had to follow up on my own, and remind him of a couple things I had mentioned. My wife and I are still not happy with the ride. Carla did a nice job of checking me in and keeping me informed of any changes or findings after they got my car into the shop. A loaner was provided because my car was a longer maintenance schedule than informed of any changes or findings after they got my car into the shop.
