They are honest and helpful. My car wouldn’t start in my garage. They talked me through possible problems. I got it started without calling a tow truck. Then they called and said my battery was still under garage. They talked me through possible problems. I got it started without calling a tow truck. Then they called and said my battery was still under warranty and a new one was free. They found another thing I likely needed so I agreed and was glad to get it done. Car runs great. Erik follow up with my wife for over 6 months until we found the perfect fit, never once did he seem like it was a burden. Once we found the right SUV, Erik made sure we had every opportunity to drive and inspect the car before we made the decision to buy. And, once we were buying the SUV we never felt pressured to purchase additional packages we didn't need, it was all hassle free. Gunn experts swiftly determined it was perhaps a faulty sensor, ordered a replacement, got me into a loaner vehicle and took care of the problem.
