Where do I begin...made the appointment for 8am and showed up 30 minutes early. They were quick to get started and the service manager was efficient and communicative with me. Where it all started to go wrong was the news I needed new brakes. I asked them to write up a quote and I would review and come back another time. They completed oil change and alignment in 3 hours and I went to pay. They did not apply the oil change coupon so they had to rerun the invoice. The quote they provided was not for brakes, but for brake fluid. The other items suggested for repair were items I just completed, oil change and alignment. When I left the dealership my car was pulling to the right, after the alignment was just performed. It did not have this problem prior to my visit. I took it back and told my service manager it was not right. They took it for a test drive and confirmed it was not aligned correctly. They redid the job and said it was because I had new tires installed that it was off the first time. 4 hours later on it’s good to go. I would have expected an apology or free car wash but they didn’t do anything for my inconvenience. More

Did not see COVID practices utilized; no wrapping the interior with plastics and the wash rack was out of service.
