I have visited this location many times and the service department has proven to be unreliable. I have all service on my vehicle performed here at Gunn. During this visit, I brought my vehicle in to check department has proven to be unreliable. I have all service on my vehicle performed here at Gunn. During this visit, I brought my vehicle in to check the oil. The service woman, Carla, told me that the vehicle was burning too much oil but could not provide an explanation. The diagnostic vehicle “scan” was normal. When pressed for more information she stated that the car should not give me trouble but an engine replacement would remedy the oil problem and also directed me to sales to discuss trade in. I found this unacceptable especially with a normal diagnostic scan of the vehicle. I will get a second opinion in hopes of getting clarity of this problem (if one exists). I likely will not return because of the lack of competence. More
Thank you Gunn service department for such expedited service on my Acura RDX and informing me about Acura’s tow delivery and return policy. My battery died and had to be towed to San Antonio from Portla service on my Acura RDX and informing me about Acura’s tow delivery and return policy. My battery died and had to be towed to San Antonio from Portland Tx to replace battery since San Antonio was closest dealership. And it was towed back to Portland at no cost to us 👍 More
