crivali, as you may be aware, there is an international semiconductor chip shortage that has devastated the auto industry, drastically reducing our inventory, replacement parts and courtesy vehicle availability. I know this does not solve your issue, but do know we are doing all we can to ensure our customers are taken care of as best as possible. I usually don't respond to responses but I will this time. yes I am aware of the parts shortage. If you read my review you would see that this is not the first time that I have had a problem with the service department at your dealership. The first time was in early 2019 when the car was new and BEFORE the parts shortage. On to the current problem. I called and talked to the Asst Director of service to get my vehicle looked at and was given a load of BS about what the problem was and picked the vehicle up without anything being done because they couldn't reproduce a intermittent problem. Funny, because the very next day the problem showed up and without the USB plugged in that they say was causing the problem. So I solved the problem for you and got rid of the vehicle.
