Called the day before my service and spoke to JT. He was his usual friendly self and quickly arranged an appointment for me the following day. JT was off work when I arrived the next day but Jose was He was his usual friendly self and quickly arranged an appointment for me the following day. JT was off work when I arrived the next day but Jose was there to help me. As usual, he was polite, friendly, efficient, and quick.
