My service manager was excellent. It took almost three months to get a loaner though which was a terribly long wait. The problem I took the car in for wasn’t fixed. The service manager said the service director said they couldn’t do anything to fix the noise because they didn’t know what the noise was and it wasn’t loud enough to be of concern. That was an upsetting response and it’s making me reconsider buying from that dealer again. More
