We bought a $70k Tundra from this place and the only reason we did is because they ran our credit and we didn’t want our credit score effected by going somewhere else. When we got there, it took a while reason we did is because they ran our credit and we didn’t want our credit score effected by going somewhere else. When we got there, it took a while for someone to come out, then the sales guy finally came and went to get the keys to let us do a test drive. He just handed the keys to us and went back inside. He never asked if we had questions or went with us on the test drive!! We got back and went in to talk numbers. The salesman handed is a tablet and after we filled out the info he said “this is the price” and handed the tablet back. We said that we were just at Fred Haas and they had the same truck for $5k less but they were not open for sales on Saturday’s so the salesman went to the back to talk to the manager. He came back with a matching offer and after adding in upgraded floor mats we agreed because we also wanted the 2.99% financing. During the process, before we agreed, a manager never came out and talked to us even when we questioned some of the numbers and kept asking questions! The salesman said, “Congratulations, we have a deal!” We did paperwork and then we sat in the finance guys office. He proceeded to tell us it was an 8.99% rate and we said, “Absolutely not! We have an 800+ credit score and we are putting $15k down, we want the advertised rate of 2.99%!” The finance guy said that’s not possible and said the salesman should have gone over that. We told him that he didn’t say anything when it was mentioned and the finance guy said he would get the sales manager to come in and explain, but he never did. Instead he got a nasty attitude and acted as if we were morons and proceeded to talk down to us! He said the best we were going to get was 6.99%. He continued to be a jerk about it and never got a manager to help explain the situation and apologize for never telling us, like he said he would, and since they ran our credit we went ahead with the deal to avoid additional impact to our credit. As we sat there, I said TO MY HUSBAND, “Don’t let him ruin your experience, love.” I never cussed and the comment was directly to my husband because we had been looking for a while for the truck he wanted! The finance guy said, “Are you talking about me?” And, since he felt it was appropriate to talk include himself in our conversation, I said, “Yes.” He then started pounding on the keyboard then got up and threw a hissy fit and said he would find someone else to do the paperwork because he wasn’t going to have some be so rude and disrespectful! It was ridiculous to have a grown man be so childish and perhaps if he had actually done his job and also got the manager he said he would, plus if he had not felt it necessary to include himself in our conversation then we could have been done—but instead we had to deal with yet another RUDE finance person. We went in another persons office and after we sat down we immediately got even more attitude and disrespect! So, I explained that the last guy felt the need to inject himself into a private conversation and NOBODY was speaking to him! And this finance guys says, “You’re not going to go around cussing at everyone in here! Who do you people think you are?” And continued to yell at us making false statements and treating us like xxxx off the street. He wasn’t in the office and prior conversation and WE NEVER CUSSED AT ANYONE! My husband and I have far more class than that! So, if you are looking to buy a vehicle from this place, just know that the sales people are sub par and the finance department are liars and will treat you like xxxx. I wish we had never gone there, and I’m sure their GM will side with the lying, disrespectful staff. My husband and I will be telling everyone we know to NEVER go to this dealership. More
Kudos to Emily, Gullo Service Dept, for her quick and personal help to expedite our need to service our RAV4 auto liquid levels for cooling, window wash, etc. She actively went out of her way to oversee personal help to expedite our need to service our RAV4 auto liquid levels for cooling, window wash, etc. She actively went out of her way to oversee and manage the necessary fillups and we were only at Gullo for the time to get a cup of tea. Thank you Emily More

Gullo Toyota is the best car buying experience I've had in many years. There were no add on surprises, everyone was helpful, polite and honest upfront. Had scheduled inspection service on our 2016 Toy Avalon Ltd. The service writer told my wife we needed new brakes all around at $499.80, gave us the wear readings, and warned her not to brake too hard on t Ltd. The service writer told my wife we needed new brakes all around at $499.80, gave us the wear readings, and warned her not to brake too hard on the way home. We decided to take it to our local trusted shop to have it done for about the same price. Local shop checked it out and said we still had plenty of pads left (40-45%), and it did NOT need to be done yet, and sent us home, without any warning not to brake too hard! Gullo brake wear readings were significantly wrong. This is not the first time Gullo shop has said we needed things that we did not really need, but this is the most blatantly deceptive. Watch out. We will avoid going back. More
I've been taking my car here for service since I first bought it in 2016. The service advisors that I had in the past were very helpful, but all of them have quit. The current ones don't keep me updated o bought it in 2016. The service advisors that I had in the past were very helpful, but all of them have quit. The current ones don't keep me updated on my car. So I've had to chase them down. And none of the car issues that I've had over the past 6 years have been resolved. My AC is still gurgling. My new brakes are still loud. My front right wheel still creaks, and my radiator fans still sound like they're launching into outer space. Why pay the $165 diagnostic fee only for them to come back 10 minutes later (literally) and say there's nothing wrong with my car? My AC has been gurgling for the past two years, and after another diagnostic fee today, they notice a leak now? The fluids weren't even topped off. The coolant was low. I had to ask them to fill it. And one of their workers damaged my front center console and used staples to try and cover it up. I would go somewhere else. More
Huy Bui is the person to go to. He listens, gives advice, and is very knowledgeable when it comes any vehicle on the lot. He was extremely nice and wasn’t pushy at all. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet and is very knowledgeable when it comes any vehicle on the lot. He was extremely nice and wasn’t pushy at all. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet him and now have a future person to go when I’m ready for another vehicle. More
My wife and I purchased a new 2020 Highlander at Gullo Toyota the sales manager did a great job getting us approved. I thought this should be a nice experience buying a new Auto but our salesman kept tell Toyota the sales manager did a great job getting us approved. I thought this should be a nice experience buying a new Auto but our salesman kept telling us that he had already gone way and above helping us. I let him know that it was his job to help us. Then I spoke to the general manager and he was awesome he got us the color we wanted. But when my wife went to pick up the car we always thought that the salesman was supposed to get inside and go over everything and answer any questions and go over the book. But our salesman didn't do any of those things. My wife had to asked him where's the second key and he said it's in the book. And when she asked him to help set up the Bluetooth it seems the salesman was upset. I thought that they were supposed to take you for a tour of the dealership. And last thing for make ready was to go over the car with the customer and answer any questions you may have. My wife really likes the Highlander but still has a lot of questions about the car More
