I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I had a good experience when I was at the dealership. We had already came to an agreement on price before I drove 3 hours for the truck I was looking for. good experience when I was at the dealership. We had already came to an agreement on price before I drove 3 hours for the truck I was looking for. I paid $39k and was presented with a vehicle with less than 5000 mi. After driving the vehicle home I found several codes and many of the light switches no longer worked. I was able to troubleshoot the issue down to the battery. Looking at the battery it had no label and was wiped clean, also was a different battery type than vehicle was designed for. I had the battery swapped with the proper one and all codes disappeared. I couldnt take the truck back because the truck began getting more and more codes and was starting to get some associated with the transmission. When I contact the dealer all that was said was send me the receipt for the battery and well make it right. Sent the receipt and the diagnostic code reports from my scan tool. Then sent pics of old vs new battery. The manager "approved" sending a check for the amount alledgedly. I followed up 7 times and kept getting promises that were not kept. Now its been over a month without resolution. I have been sold a lot of issues in the past but being sold a dead battery is a new low for the amount I paid. If you have an issue after purchase, dont expect any help regardless of what they say at the dealership. I am really disappointed over all and the first week I owned my truck it had to pretty much stay parked. Customer service starts when you have an issue. This is rediculous. I was told at least 4 times that their was a check in the mail. At least have the guts to be straight with people. Tristan was my salesman, Todd Dodd was the manager. More
