The Sales and Finance team were very courteous and professional, Mary had the car serviced and ready to go for the 15 hour return trip home. However, I feel Managment let down their sales staff by not professional, Mary had the car serviced and ready to go for the 15 hour return trip home. However, I feel Managment let down their sales staff by not disclosing the modifications and issues with the car. I feel that I paid retail for a car that has multiple issue such as one bought at a car auction. Upon leaving the dealership the passenger air bag warning light came on and stayed on the entire way home, that made me feel very uncomfortable with my teenage daughter in that seat. Also the driver's windshield wiper was worn-out making cleaning the windshield difficult, as well as a blown speaker and modified exhaust that wasn't disclosed to the sales staff or myself prior to purchasing. For those reasons I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them over the phone and suggest that they really invest their time and effort on repairing issues on cars for sale, disclosing the issues that aren't going to be corrected and educating sales on the cars and any modifications done to them. Nice, friendly and got 2 out of 3 things done. My state inspection failed due to some resets done on the transmission, I have to wait 50 miles before trying it again. Overall everything was great! Took my 2021 Ford F -150 in for 20,000 miles service and they did an awesome job ! Gabriel the service writer kept me updated on everything they were doing during the time I was there.
