I called Gullo and left a message on Monday morning September 25. Ms. Amanda Victorin called me later the same afternoon. She told me that the part was available and asked if I could bring it in for service today Tuesday 9-26. I brought it in and after a short wait my vehicle was ready to drive out. I had made other calls but never gotten a call back. This time Ms. Victorin had read the note from my call and contacted me. The service she rendered is greatly appreciated and speaks well of the company culture of Gullo Ford. More
