The truck was ready to test drive - no funny business on the price and the truck was ready to pick up the next morning - as promised. Even inside the dealership, while waiting for the inevitable 2-3 hours to process paperwork, it was a cool experience. Nearly every employee that walked by smiled and said hello, asked if I needed anything. They all looked genuinely happy to be there. the same was true of the backoffice people. Gullo has been around a long time. They must know how to make it all work to keep employees motivated and happy - this certainly translates to a great experience for me - the customer.
