I brought my Ford Taurus in because as I was driving the light came indicating a tire was low. I’ve never been disappointed in Gullo Ford’s service on my Taurus. I pulled into their service area and it was pretty much full of customers and their cars needing some type of service. But, it was only a minute or two before someone came right over to help me. I’m not sure what his title was but since he advised me of what a second red light was I thought of him as a service advisor. He informed me he would have all my tires checked for possibly damage. I waited inside for a short time and when he came back he told me they had checked all my tires for me and found no nails or other damage to any of them. They were all low in air so they took care of that problem for me. It’s great to have a dealership that makes buying a car easy and follows that with an efficient and friendly service department. I have used the talents of their auto shop in back of their dealership a couple of times. They really care about their quality of work performed on your car! Everything a customer could need in the same location. More

Gullo Ford does an outstanding job communicating with their customers—both before and after the appointment. I also appreciate being able to exit my vehicle under cover when it’s raining. Yes. I had been waiting for a while for the part to be available to fix the "death wobble" for my 2019 F250. I called Gullo and left a message on Monday morning September 25. Ms. Amanda Victorin called me later the same afternoon. She told me that the part was available and asked if I could bring it in for service today Tuesday 9-26. I brought it in and after a short wait my vehicle was ready to drive out. I had made other calls but never gotten a call back. This time Ms. Victorin had read the note from my call and contacted me. The service she rendered is greatly appreciated and speaks well of the company culture of Gullo Ford. More
