Despite being accompanied by my wife and son, from the beginning, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. The most worrying thing was the discriminatory treatment I received, clearly based on my US Citizen Hispanic origin. His comments and attitude reflected unacceptable racism, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one should be treated that way, especially in a place where they are supposed to provide good customer service. It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, these types of situations continue to occur. I do not recommend this salesperson at all. Gullo Ford Conroe will continue to have problems with this quarrelsome individual. More
