Gullo Ford of Conroe - The Woodlands

My dad & I tried to buy a used Ford truck from Gullo Ford in Conroe. Initially we just wanted to get the pricing after we test drove the truck. After the test drive we decided to go ahead and buy it that d in Conroe. Initially we just wanted to get the pricing after we test drove the truck. After the test drive we decided to go ahead and buy it that day. We got the figures. The amount for the trade in was offensive. We left immediately. The salesperson then proceeded to blow my dad's phone up and became fairly unprofessional. We found a similar truck at Bill Fick and made the drive to Huntsville where we worked the figures, the trade in was in line with what we needed. It was our first time to buy outside of Gullo Ford. My dad felt bad, but couldnt justify pulling the trigger because of this salesman. Moral of the story, don't be rude, hostile or unprofessional if you want the sale. More
