I typically hate car shopping and how long it takes. Not at Gulf Coast. Alex made this car buying experience incredibly easy and painless. Paulette is an AWESOME lady! We went to Gulf Coast Toyota yesterday to help my mother buy a new car and we were so glad to have Paulette help us. My dad just passed away a few mon We went to Gulf Coast Toyota yesterday to help my mother buy a new car and we were so glad to have Paulette help us. My dad just passed away a few months ago so this was really hard on my mom. Paulette was SO KIND and SO PATIENT with my mother, words cannot describe how we appreciated everything she did for us. It was probably the easiest new car buying and two trade-ins process we've ever been through. Not once did my mother feel pressured to buy anything and Paulette made her feel so comfortable. Negotiations were a breeze with Paulette and we couldn't have asked for a nicer person. God was watching over us when Paulette first asked us if we need help. Everything was pleasant and smooth and we drove out with the perfect car for my mother. Thank you so much Paulette! You don't know how much yesterday meant to us. My mother wants to thank you for being such a wonderful person and making the car buying experience for her such a positive one. THANK YOU!!!!!
