When we arrived at Gulf Coast Toyota, we began browsing the trucks and were met by Tim on the lot. I immediately told him of our intentions to purchase a vehicle in about three months. I was surprised and grateful that although we were not yet ready to purchase, Tim treated us first class. He was very informative and helped us out with our questions when comparing certain models. He made contact with us after our visit with more information about the model we were interested in and remained respectful of our need to wait to purchase. Needless to say, my husband and I were back at Gulf Coast Toyota two weeks later to make a purchase. Raul made sure that we took advantage of the rebates Toyota was offering for the TEXAS Edition Trucks. Tim was friendly,courteous, and patient. When the vehicle was handed over to us, Tim was more than helpful in making sure we understood all of the truck's gadgets, and although we do not have use for the bluetooth feature, he assured us that when we need it up and running to come and he would get it going for us and show us how to use it. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. I have bought at least 3-4 vehicles from this location and I plan to remain loyal to them in the future. It is NOT the typical hi a car dealership. I have bought at least 3-4 vehicles from this location and I plan to remain loyal to them in the future. It is NOT the typical high pressured sales pitch with a salesman following you around constantly hounding you. They make themselves available if you need them or have questions and they go above and beyond to get you the best deal. The paperwork finalizing the deal was very efficient and quick as well. Everyone was friendly and continues to be when I visit them from time to time for frequent oil changes/checkups. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More

I also receive an informative newletter from the Toyota dealership. Jay Benavides... Every 5,000 miles I take my Highlander to Gulf Coast dealership. Jay is service advisor. He logs my veh. in to have it serviced. He is friendly and seems very experienced. I am always back on the road in less than an hour. Jesse Payne... My 2 rear hatch shocks went out on my Highlander in April/2012. It took two weeks [16 days] for the shocks to come into the [Gulf Coast] dealership. [Without the shocks working] it made the hatch door extremely hard to open. One person had to hold the door up, while another person loaded or unloaded the cargo area. It was a long two weeks. Gulf Coast [Mike Kainer] notified me that the parts were in via email & I took it the next day [April 19, 2012]. I told Mr. Kainer that I would be there at 9 AM. Jesse Payne met me at the service check-in when I drove up. He immediately took my vehicle to the maintenance area. He said that Mr. Kainer had informed him of the shocks-and that he would take care of everything. My vehicle was ready and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. In just a few minutes they had located it for me at a price I felt was fair. Unfortunately just after the 5000 miles checkup I was waiting at a red light and was rear-ended by a full size sedan doing about 50 MPH . The Highlander was totaled but thanks to Toyota safety features I walked away without any injury, not even a stiff neck or back.A few days later I returned to Gulf Coast Toyota and told Kevin Manzano I wanted the same car but a different color for the same price . He quickly located the car and we made the deal. When I recieved the new highlander I found it had several options added that were not on my first car. Not only did they not try to stick me with extra fees, they told me I now had a $750 cash back that Toyota was now offering. No games ,no run-a-round. Good people to buy from.Kevin was an excellent salesman and gave the extra effort to make it all go smoothly. I highly recomment Kevin and Gulf Coast Toyota. More
